Miesha The Jumpy And Excited But Loving Husky
Hello Everyone!
I wanted to jump on here and share my experience with Free and Balance K9 Training because their level of expertise really came to life with teaching me about my husky doggo - Miesha. As you can tell from my photo I recently had a baby and needed my dog to have better boundaries and understanding of commands within the home. We decided to work with Amanda because of how comfortable she made us feel from day one, and I’m so glad we did! As you can see in the photo my dog learned to hold “Place” within one session. This is HUGE because my husky definitely didn’t do this before! She would jump on people the moment they walked in the door. ugh!
Since our time with Free and Balanced K9 we have continued to build on the other teaching modalities Amanda taught us and our guests have reported how much of an improvement there is in Miesha’s behavior.
We definitely got off on the right foot with Amanda’s teaching methods and was able to ask questions along the way if we got stuck.
I highly recommend this dog trainer - you won’t be disappointed.

Rain The Most Loving But Noisiest Boy
What can we say! Amanda has been nothing but AMAZING! She is knowledgeable with a drive to continue to learn so that she can be the best dog trainer. She has taken my high strung boy and taught us how to work together so that we can actually enjoy all our time together! Amanda has also helped us with our girl, who happens to be a pacer. We love Amanda and all the hard work she puts into helping us with our dogs! We highly recommend her and her huge loving heart

I highly recommend Amanda she is an amazing person and great dog trainer. She is eager to grow and evolve in her personal life, which carries over into her professional life as a dog trainer. Amanda has trained 2 of my dogs. One of them was a rescue from a high kill shelter and had some unpredictable aggression issues and nervousness and I was facing potentially putting him down. I sent him to Amanda to see if he could be rehabilitated.
She went above and beyond to help me with him for several months! My second dog is a puppy I bought for my teen daughter. He is a very high energy dog and some bad quirks(related to the breed.)that were beyond my scope of training and adding too much stress to my household. Off to Amanda's he went for several weeks. As a result of sending BOTH my beautiful dogs to Amanda, I have happier, more balanced boys and household!
FYI - I originally had a hard time with the idea of training with an E-collar and prong collar at first. After learning more about how to properly use it and the positive results I've seen from Amanda's training, I'm very confident in her method of using the E-collar and prong collar training. She truly does use the balanced method of training! Thank you Amanda!
